Sweet raspberry sparkling wine
Delicious raspberries are starting to get ready in the middle of July when it is usually the warmest time in Latvia. While some think of romantic sunsets by the sandy Baltic Sea, the winemaker watches the development and maturity of the raspberries to determine the right time for harvest.
Berries are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Raspberry sparkling wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. Pleasant sweet red wine from the most romantic Latvian berries will create a special atmosphere in celebration, visit or just as a great end of the day. If you want to hear the magical “Yes”, this will definitely be the right wine. Raspberry as symbol of love is known since Ancient Greek times. Wine enchants with its captivating aroma, lifts with a mild taste, ignites with sweetness and relaxes with a soft pink colour. Good addition to fruits, desserts and cakes. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
