Dry raspberry black currant wine is a special combination of two berries like yin and yang. Raspberry gives the wine a feminine, airy softness and charm of sweet aroma, while blackcurrant maintains a great balance of acidity. Excellent wine with wild meat dishes.

Dry raspberry black currant wine

Raspberries and blackcurrants get ripe at the same time in middle of July. Raspberries have pleasant sweetness, but blackcurrants – intense, strong, sweet and sour taste. This is a very good blend of two berries in a light red wine.

Berries are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. Raspberry – blackcurrant dry wine will perfectly fit with wild meat and cheese. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.

There is available also wine from separate berries – raspberry sweet wine and blackcurrant dry wine.
