Sweet raspberry wine
Raspberries begin to ripen in mid-July, when Latvia experiences its warmest weather. While some dream of romantic sunsets by the sandy shores of the Baltic Sea, the winemaker carefully monitors the raspberries’ development and ripeness to determine the perfect harvest time.
The berries are hand-harvested in the territory of Gauja National Park. The wine is naturally fermented and aged for approximately 12 months. This pleasantly sweet red wine, made from Latvia’s most romantic berry, will add a special atmosphere to your celebrations, visits with friends, or simply an excellent end to the day. If you’re hoping to hear that magical “Yes”, this is definitely the right wine.It pairs wonderfully with sweet dishes and fruits.
Recommended to serve chilled at +14°C. Contains sulphites.
