Semi sweet pear wine
In Latvian gardens we can find pears, which intoxicates us with the aroma of its white cushions of blossoms in May, but in August and September put its branches closer to us so that we can pick its lush, colourful fruits.
Pears are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Pear wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. This semi-sweet wine goes well with fish dishes, soft cheeses and fruit. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
We also produce other semi – sweet wines: lingonberry, chokeberry, redcurrant blackcurrant, cloudberry and others.
