Lingonberry semi-sweet wine (cat label)
The lingonberries in the forest will probably be noticed by everyone, because they retain their green colour throughout the year. We can see the flowers in May, June, but the first rosy berries at the end of July. However, the best time for picking lingonberries is the end of August or September, when most of them have reached their ripeness.
Berries are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. Lingonberry semi-sweet wine will perfectly fit with wild meat and other meat dishes, desserts and cheese. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
