Semi-Sweet white currant wine
White currants give the wine a distinct sweetness balanced with a light, refreshing acidity and a delicate fruit aroma that recalls freshly picked berries. This semi-sweet wine pairs excellently with light dishes – fish meals, white and fresh cheeses, summer salads, or as a refreshing aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature: chilled at 8–10 °C.
The berries are hand-harvested in the territory of Gauja National Park. The wine is fermented from carefully selected white currants and naturally aged for approximately 12 months to fully develop its gentle and harmonious flavour.
