Description
Dry Wine “Valiant”
Grape cultivation in Latvia is no longer a novelty, yet every year breeders work on developing new grape varieties suited to our climate. The grapes must withstand Latvia’s harsh winters, start blooming rapidly in spring, endure frosts, and, with moderate summer warmth and limited sunlight, produce robust, tasty berries before the onset of autumn frost.
The grapes were harvested in the territory of Gauja National Park. The wine has been fermented and naturally settled for approximately 12 months. The grape wine “Valiant” pairs well with meat dishes and cheese. It is recommended to serve chilled at +14°C. Contains sulfites.
