Blackcurrant Leaf Tea
Blackcurrants are a true treasure of Latvian gardens and forests – their leaves have been used in folk medicine for centuries as a vitamin-rich remedy. We carefully gather and dry them to preserve the delicate flavour and all their natural valuable properties – genuine summer strength for winter.

Preparation
Place 1–2 teaspoons of dried blackcurrant leaves in a cup, pour boiling water over them, and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Add honey or lemon to taste to highlight the berry note.
