Yarrow is a resilient and widespread plant in Latvian meadows, forest edges, and roadsides – a true natural helper used in folk medicine for centuries. We carefully gather and dry its flowers and leaves to preserve the gentle taste and all its valuable properties.

Preparation
Place 1–2 teaspoons of dried yarrow in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Add honey or lemon to taste to soften the bitterness and highlight the floral aroma.
