Peppermint grows in Latvia both in gardens and in the wild, but it is the wild peppermint leaves that boast a distinct, natural aroma and intense flavor. For this reason, our infusion is crafted using carefully selected wild peppermint leaves harvested in the territory of Gauja National Park. The finest leaves are gathered at the peak of summer—July and August—when they are at their most aromatic and brimming with natural freshness.

The infusion is based on high-quality apple-based spirit “Pārcēlājs,” infused with peppermint leaves from Gauja National Park and a touch of sugar to enhance their subtle sweetness. Over 6 months, the peppermint imparts its essence to the drink: a light greenish hue, a refreshing peppermint aroma, and a gently sweet, invigorating flavor. The alcohol content is 40%. This infusion is perfect for crafting cocktails, such as mojitos, or for enjoying neat over ice with a slice of lemon to highlight its crisp character.
