Description
Mugwort Tea
Mugwort is a resilient and widespread plant in Latvian meadows, roadsides, and forest edges – a true natural helper used in folk medicine for centuries. We carefully gather and dry its leaves to preserve all valuable properties and the gentle taste.
Benefits
A mild and slightly bitter taste, caffeine-free. Supports respiratory health, relieves cough and inflammation, cleanses the body, aids digestion, and strengthens the immune system. Excellent during the cold season, for preventing bronchitis, or as an everyday drink for body cleansing.
Preparation
Place 1–2 teaspoons of dried mugwort leaves in a cup, pour boiling water over them, and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Add honey or lemon to taste to soften the bitterness and enhance the natural effect.
Ingredients
100% dried mugwort leaves and flowers.
