Description
Semi sweet quince wine
Quinces are garden fruits that grow in small shrubs. In May and June they delight us with bright, orange blooms, but in September, when the fruits begin to ripen, the whole garden is surrounded by the aroma of quince. When they turn golden yellow, it’s time to pick and process them.
Fruits are harvested in organic farm in the Gauja National Park. Wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. This wine fits well with fish dishes, soft cheeses and fruit. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
We produce also other semi sweet wines: lingonberry, rhubarb, blackberry.
