Every spring, when the birch trees awaken from their winter sleep and the sap begins to flow, we carefully collect this gift of nature from pristine Latvian birch groves. Birch sap is a true refreshment – lightly sweet, crystal clear, with a gentle forest aroma and rich in natural minerals and vitamins. It is an excellent choice as a healthy everyday drink, a refreshing treat on a warm day, or as a natural base for cocktails and dishes.
