Description
Semi sweet red currant black currant wine
Red currant and black currant bushes are very similar in appearance, that without ripe berries, it would be difficult for a stranger to distinguish them. Both bloom in May, June and the berries ripen in July almost simultaneously. The ripeness of the berries can be determined by their color, taste and aroma on sunny days.
Berries are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. The wine is excellent with meat dishes such as steak, shashlik and hard cheeses. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
Available also red currant dry wine and semi dry black currant wine.
