Semi sweet dandelion wine
Have you ever imagined how spring tastes like? Trees, berry bushes and the first flowers bloom all around, among which you can see the meadows of these yellow flowers in May, fall into them and listen to bee symphonies.
Blossoms are harvested in the Gauja National Park. Wine fermented and naturally settled for about 12 months. Dandelion wine is good addition to fish dishes, desserts, fruits and cheese. Recommend to use chilled +14˚C. Contains sulphites.
