To protect it from varying kitchen humidity, it is treated with linseed oil.

It is recommended to store it upright to prevent changes in the wood’s moisture.It is not advisable to use metal scrapers for cleaning. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not store in direct sunlight, on a radiator or near it, or on underfloor heating.
