After use, rinse and wipe the board. After several uses, it is recommended to treat the board with vegetable oil or beeswax. Store upright to maintain consistent wood moisture levels.
Avoid using metal scrapers during cleaning. Do not wash in a dishwasher. Do not store in direct sunlight, on or near radiators, or on heated floors.
