Blackcurrant jam
Blackcurrants are harvested in the Gauja National Park. They are boiled in a delicious, sweet jam. Spread it on breakfast slice of bread, put on pancakes, ice cream or use in making cakes and desserts.
You can also make a black currant drink in a hot summer day. If you get sick, definitely eat blackcurrant jam or add it to your tea to regain strength and health!
From blackcurrnts we also produce semi dry wine, sparkling wine, mulled wine and also blackcurrant liqueur.
